At Healify we are proud to offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders!

Processing Time:

After placing your order, please give us 1-3 business days to process and ship it. When an order is given to our shipping provider and is en route to your preferred address, it is deemed despatched. Our processing times may increase to seven business days during busy periods and on holidays.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Your package's expected delivery time refers to the total transit time following the carrier's dispatch of your order. Your location is the most significant aspect that will determine this. Please refer to the projected delivery times based on your home country:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 8-15 Business Days
  • 🇬🇧  United Kingdom: 7-14 Business Days 
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 7-15 Business Days
  • 🇪🇺  Rest of Europe: 7-15 Business Days                                           

Please be aware that shipping companies may encounter uncontrollable delays in tracking updates and transit timeframes during busy periods and holidays. There could be unforeseen delays at customs if a product is being transported internationally. As you can see above, this can lengthen the delivery period overall.

 

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

At the time of checkout, it is the customer's obligation to make sure the shipping details are correct and comprehensive. Order cancelation or processing delays may arise from incomplete or erroneous delivery information. Within three business days of placing your order, our customer service team will send you an email to confirm your shipment information if the system detects an address issue. We retain the right to cancel your order if we don't hear back from you within this time frame.

 

Within 24 hours of placing your transaction, send us an email at info@healify.space if you discover a mistake in your shipping information. Although we will make every effort to accommodate any changes, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so after this point.

 

Delayed Delivery:

We at Healify know how essential it is for you to receive your order on time, so we work hard to ship out every item as soon as we can. Please be aware, though, that there may occasionally be delivery delays because of uncontrollable situations.

 

For instance, courier partners could encounter unforeseen problems or delays while in route, such bad weather or interruptions in transportation. In these situations, we will try our utmost to cooperate with the courier to guarantee the prompt delivery of your package.

Please be aware that Healify cannot guarantee the precise delivery date and is not responsible for any delivery delays brought on by uncontrollable outside circumstances. Nonetheless, we will always try our best to keep you informed about the progress of your transaction and offer any aid we can to address any potential problems.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We recognize how annoying it may be to have packages lost or stolen while they are being shipped. However, we have no control over the shipment after we give it to our courier partners. Please email info@healify.space if your package is lost or stolen, and we will try our best to help.

 

We advise you to register a claim with the courier company immediately if your shipment is lost or stolen. The majority of courier services have a claims procedure for misplaced or pilfered parcels, and in order to finish the procedure, they could need further information from you. In order to follow up on the claim and offer updates, we will also get in touch with the courier service on your behalf.

 

Please be aware that packages that are lost or stolen during shipping are not covered by Healify's return policy. We will, however, make every effort to help you find a solution. Depending on the circumstances, we might provide a replacement if the package cannot be located or delivered.

 

The courier service might be able to find the package and send it to you in certain circumstances. However, we advise you to make a police report if the parcel cannot be located.
